Justice Bisson is a court-appointed Justice of the Peace whose authority extends throughout the state of Connecticut.
He has previously served as a Town Commissioner in Massachusetts and is a member of La Société des Filles du roi et soldats du Carignan as well as the St. George’s Society of New York. He is affiliated with Toastmasters International.
